I think when I bo...I love wood cutting boards too. I think when I bought our knives, the William Sonoma "knife expert" told us that silicone boards were the easiest on the knives. If you've invested in good knives, the granate is probably something to avoid (it dulls them!). Although granate is the easiest clean. <BR/><BR/>{Lindsey R. is the expert on all things kitchen.
